Share your views on NHS care during Covid-19

About this engagement

We asked people to share their views about using health services in Liverpool during coronavirus between Thursday 17 September to Friday 13 November 2020.

This could be experiences of accessing - or trying to access - any type of health service in the city since March 2020.

This includes any care provided by GPs, walk-in centres, hospitals, community and mental health services. It could have been about the care you received for yourself, a family member, or someone you help care for.

All the information received will be used to help improve the way that local NHS services are planned in the future.

Click here/the image below for this information in British Sign Language (BSL).

How can I get involved?

People could share their views by filling out a short online survey. The survey has now closed, and all of the feedback we gathered will be written into a report which will be made available on this page at a later date.

Pople also had the opportunity to request a paper version of the questionnaire by calling: (0151) 247 6409, texting: 07920 206386 or emailing:

These contact details could have also been used to request this information in another language or format, if required:

Public Events

Have you accessed any local NHS services during the pandemic - either for yourself, a family member, or for someone else who you care for?

We are inviting you to take part in an online conversation where you can tell us about your experiences – what was good, and what could have been better?

You can register to take part in any of the following conversations below:

If you would like to take part in any of the above conversations, please email with your availability and preference of session.

VCFSE Involvement

In addition, the CCG will also be working with local voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise partners to gather the views of people across the city’s diverse communities.
